Laura Reyda, L.Ac., LMT graduated with a certificate from Connecticut Center for Massage therapy in 2002. After 5 years in private practice as a licensed massage therpist, she decided to pursue a masters degree in acupuncture and oriental medicine. She graduated from the Fingerlakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine where she studied acupuncture and traditional Chinese herbal formulas in 2011.
Laura and her family have spent the past 20 years living and travelling between the United States and the Peruvian Amazon. In 2011, Laura co founded the organization Project Buena Vista which supports conservation efforts in the Peruvian Amazon. In order to acheive this mission, Laura leads semiannual trips to this region to provide free health care to the communities in the rainforest.

Clinical rotations at the Canandaigua Veteran's hospital, private clinics near Finger Lakes, and observations in the pediatric oncology unit at Columbia University Medical Center have been highlights of her career. Laura also had the opportunity to travel to China to study and observe traditional Chinese medicine in a hospital setting.
